Specialized Testing for School/Work

For individuals with disabilities, identifying a work or education plan that maximizes opportunities of interest and minimizes the impact of a disability can be tricky. Employers want employees who are able to perform productively with or without accommodation and who possess the aptitude to learn specific job tasks, the ability to get along with others, and are reliable.

At DCC, we have the experience, knowledge and specialized assessment tools that can save our clients time, money and sometimes heartache that often comes from failed work or school attempts. Our evaluation staff has experience and expertise in working with individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury, Learning Disability, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, ADHD, Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, as well as other types of common medical conditions.

Our cost effective and time efficient assessments help clients identify their unique educational/vocational strengths and limitations.

They can be purchased separately or in combination. For people who desire a holistic and comprehensive approach, we recommend our Comprehensive Vocational Evaluation.

A Comprehensive Vocational Evaluation takes about 8 hours over the course of one full or two half days with one or two counseling sessions that follow. A detailed report is generated and shared, thoroughly discussing findings and recommendations for suitable education and vocational choices.

For more information on specific assessments please refer to the table below. To schedule the next available intake date, please call Heidi Dirkse-Graw at 503-672-9858, ext. 1 or toll free at 1-866-749-7197 or email.
